The additions are the Windows Forms Client so you can use the demo without all the infopath setup specified in the instructions - and a BAM folder (instructions for the BAM part to come). If you just want the WinForms client - open the B2BPatternDemoWithWindowsFormsClientOnly.sln instead of the B2BPatternDemo.sln.
